Housing estate st. Zdziarska - investment under construction
To meet your expectations and interest in our offer, we started the construction of another cozy, family estate with 11 residential premises. New terraced houses are also being built in Pruszków at Zdziarska street, in the immediate vicinity of the previous project, so that you can easily see both the new construction progress and the final result of the already completed housing estate. We attach a few visualizations to illustrate our new investment.
Our terraced houses are built by the same, experienced construction company, with the use of high-quality materials, and care for energy efficiency (triple-glazed windows). The standard residential premises have underfloor heating (the entire ground floor and the bathrooms on the first floor and in the attic) and a dual-function gas condensing furnace. The estate will be fenced, and the access will be provided by an entrance gate with an intercom for pedestrians and a remotely controlled gate for vehicles. Each house has two dedicated parking spaces in front of the residential premises. In addition, all the residential premises have their own gardens with an area from 24 m² to almost 80 m². Depending on your preferences and current availability, you can choose a terraced house with a garden on the east or west side.
