(hereinafter referred to as Wiktoria Development) with its registered office in Pruszków, ul. Kościuszko 28 lok. 23 05-800, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the 14th Commercial Division of the National Court Register of the District Court for Warsaw - under the number 0000780373, REGON 383022223, NIP 5342598003 , which is the Administrator of Personal Data.

1.2. Personal data is processed by Wiktoria Development in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of August 29, 1997. with further amendments(hereinafter referred to as the Personal Data Protection Office).

1.3. Wiktoria Development pays special attention to respecting your privacy and protecting the information provided when using the Platform, including information containing Personal Data, and therefore takes all necessary actions in accordance with applicable law. The collected Personal Data are adequate to the purposes for which they are processed, no longer than it is necessary to achieve the purpose of processing.

2. Processing of Personal Data

Wiktoria Development or other institutions may process your Personal Data also when it is allowed by the provisions of common law.

3. Provision of Personal Data

3.1. Personal Data may sometimes be entrusted to other entities for processing, which results from the specific nature of the Platform's operation. Such transfer may only take place after concluding a written agreement between Personal Data Administrator and another entity.

3.2. The sharing of Personal Data takes place only with your consent or when it is allowed by the provisions of common law.

3.3. In other cases than those mentioned above or in any other form, Personal Data will not be disclosed to other persons or other entities.

4. How can you exercise your rights?

4.1. You have the right to request information about the content of the data stored about you, as well as the right to rectify, supplement or update your Personal Data.

4.2. You have the right to request the suspension of the processing of Personal Data or their removal.

4.3. You have the right to submit a reasoned request to stop processing Personal Data.

4.4. You have the right to object to the processing of your Personal Data for marketing purposes or to their transfer to another data controller.

5. Technical and organizational measures and your obligations

5.1. Wiktoria Development makes every possible effort to protect your data against the actions of third parties. For this purpose, the following solutions are used:

5.1.1. Wiktoria Development has implemented documentation regarding the protection of Personal Data.

5.1.2. All people cooperating with Wiktoria Development, before gaining access to Personal Data, receive appropriate authorization and sign a declaration obliging them to keep this information secret.

5.1.3. The website and Fanpage support the secure https protocol.

5.2. However, the actions we take may turn out to be insufficient if you do not follow the safety rules yourself.

6.1. Wiktoria Development does not automatically collect any data when using the Platform, except for the data contained in cookie files (so-called cookies).

9. Final Provisions
